Once you have submitted your application, visited at least 6 Beef's and been approved by Diane, your next step is to complete an in-store Power Shift.
We require you to complete a 10 hour shift in one of our Beef's. The closest to your house will be fine. You may also do one with one of the Beef's that you have visited. If you struck up a good relationship with an owner, you may want to do your power shift with them.
You will need to complete a release form before you do the Power Shift.
